Rocuterie is a small, woman-owned business based in Rochester, NY. We specialize in gluten-free charcuterie, cold catering, and private classes. We also offer dairy-free and vegan options.

At Rocuterie, we believe everyone should be able to enjoy the food at the party, even if they have dietary restrictions or ingredients that they're avoiding. So we cater to it.

Almost every party or event these days has a charcuterie board or snack table. But when you don't or can't eat gluten or cheese, it makes food a lot less fun.

Plus, let's face it--cheese is the best part of eating charcuterie. So we took matters into our own hands, and Rocuterie was born.

We source the most delicious dairy-free cheeses from small, artisan, woman-owned vegan cheese businesses, both locally and nationally.

These cheeses are SO good, you won't miss the dairy. And your dairy-loving friends and family will love them too.

Meet The Owner + Operator

Jennifer Blanchard is a gluten-free, mostly dairy-free foodie who is OBSESSED with charcuterie boards!

Born and raised in Rochester, NY, she started her first business in 2010 writing books, and eventually went on to become a 5x bestselling author and manifestation teacher.

In 2009, she made a startling discovery--she's intolerant to gluten and dairy. By removing both of these ingredients from her diet, she was able to improve her health and happiness immensely.

But giving up cheese wasn't easy... especially because she loves charcuterie boards so much.

Her second business, Rocuterie, was born out of her love of snack foods and her frustration with the lack of charcuterie and cold catering options for gluten-free, dairy-free eaters at parties and events.

She currently resides in Rochester, NY.
